Elevate Design + Build is proud to announce that our sister company, Dark Horse Contracting has been rebranded. Now introducing Elevate Construction Group! We are very excited to bring Dark Horse under the Elevate umbrella. This is a great opportunity to showcase our build-to-rent product and use our Elevate name to promote the world-class experience we offer. You will see a slow roll out of the new brand in the upcoming months, with a Trade Appreciation event  in February. New construction painting can be difficult due to scheduling restraints and the amount of tradesmen working on the home all at once. Gecko Painting,  worked closely with our Project Managers to provide quality service on multiple jobs while maintaining a tight schedule.

REMINDERS FOR AN ELEVATED BUILDING EXPERIENCE

As trusted partners on the jobsite, please be mindful of the weather and freezing temperatures. If you unplug our temporary HVAC connections or sump pump please plug them back in upon leaving. 

Cold temperatures can impact the functionality of construction equipment and our homes. Routinely inspect and maintain all tools and machinery to prevent malfunctions due to freezing or other weather-related issues. This includes checking fluids, lubricating moving parts, and ensuring that equipment is properly stored in a sheltered area when not in use.
